About the Classes

Bokwa – 45-60 min.

Sweat to the alphabet and dance to the digits.  The newest trend in fitness is an exciting, dynamic cardio fitness workout that burns 1200 calories.

All levels.

Boxing Bonanza – 60 min.
This class focuses on athletic conditioning using heavy bags, gloves and additional equipment to get a well rounded workout.

GPT (Group Personal Training)-50 min

This workout includes a choice of a P90X like workout or 50 minutes of Insanity.  One is great for muscle conditioning and the other is great for cardio conditioning.  Even if you are a beginner, your FIM team coach will watch you, give you modifications and make sure your form is safe and effective.  Our coach will prove to you that YOU CAN DO THESE WORKOUTS!!  The program comes with Nutritional Counseling because exercise and proper eating go hand in hand.

Prices are $8 a class or 10 class pass for $50*

*10 class pass must be used within a 4 month period

Insanity -30 min

Get your sweat on with the workout that will burn calories after your done working out. Shawn T’s intense cardio workout has athletic drill and physical endurance training that is fun but challenging.  Show yourself you have got what it takes to beat Insantiy.  COME ON!!

Pilates – 60 min.
Pilates uses long lean moves to stretch and tone simultaneously. Although the main focus of Pilates is core work we add plenty of challenging moves to work the entire body. All levels.

PIYO 60 min.
A fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Muscle Conditioning to electrifying music. Developed by Chalene Johnson founder of TurboJam and Turbokick. All levels.

Step/HIT – 60 min.
A combination of HIT, Step and stations for an intensive class but can be for all levels of performance. Using step, plyometrics, drills and muscle conditioning we will work every muscle while burning 400-500 calories. All levels.

Tabata plus Abs – 60 min.

A muscle conditioning workout that is stimulating and ever changing.  Tabata’s format is work for 20-30 seconds get a recovery break for 10-15 seconds.  This gives your muscles the ability to really push the workout.  Perfect for those who want to tone and define as well as add a little bit of cardio to their routine.  All levels.

Taboxing – 60 min.

A perfect fusion of Tabata and Boxing.  Release your stress on the bag and tone and define with weights.  What a perfect combination.  All levels.

Tai Chi – 45 min.
Tai Chi sometimes described as “mediation in motion” promotes a non-competitive, self paced system through gentle flowing physical movements. You will perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. All levels.

Turbokick – 60 min.
An electrifying workout. Turbokick combines kickboxing and hip hop to motivating music. Burn an amazing 700-900 calories during the amazing full body workout. All levels.

Zumba – 45-60 min.

A fun Latin dance oriented class where you use every muscle while burning 500-700 calories. All levels.

Zumba Toning – 60 min.
Take your Zumba workout to a new level. Use your one pounds weights or rent our toning sticks to tone muscles without losing that Zumba fun. All levels. There is a $.50 Zumba toning stick rental fee for class. This is not required, you can bring your own 1 pound weights if you like or do class without toning sticks. Have a blast while burning 1000 calories in one hour. All levels.

Vinyasa Yoga -60 min
This style of Yoga is more of an athletic style of Yoga. Vinyasa means “flow” A wonderful challenge to your muscles while working on your flexibility. All levels.
