About the Classes

Cross Boxing – 60 min.
This class focuses on athletic conditioning using heavy bags, gloves and additional equipment to get a well rounded workout.  All levels.

Blast 30 – 30 min.

Fast and effective.  We get your calories burned and muscles toned in 30 minutes.  Cardio and Muscle Conditioning all in one guided by a FIM trainer.

Muscle Blast – 45-60 minutes.

You will use barbells, free weights, glider or whatever else we throw at you to tone and condition your muscles. All Levels.

Pound Fit 30min, 45 min or 60 minutes.

Sweat Sculpt and Rock away 700-900 calories .  I guarantee this is a workout like no other. Pilates moves with a drumming fusion sculpts legs, arms abs and is the ultimate stress realease.   All levels.

PIYO 60 min.
A fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Muscle Conditioning to electrifying music. Developed by Chalene Johnson founder of TurboJam and Turbokick. All levels.

Step-60 min.
You remember this timeless workout.  Using our reebok benches burn mega calories while having a blast. All levels.

Tai Chi – 60 min.
Tai Chi sometimes described as “mediation in motion” promotes a non-competitive, self paced system through gentle flowing physical movements. You will perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. All levels.

Turbokick – 60 min.
An electrifying workout. Turbokick combines kickboxing and hip hop to motivating music. Burn an amazing 700-900 calories during the amazing full body workout. All levels.

Zumba – 45-60 min.

A fun Latin dance oriented class where you use every muscle while burning 500-700 calories. All levels.

Zumba Toning – 60 min.
Take your Zumba workout to a new level. Use your one pounds weights or rent our toning sticks to tone muscles without losing that Zumba fun. All levels. There is a $.50 Zumba toning stick rental fee for class. This is not required, you can bring your own 1 pound weights if you like or do class without toning sticks. Have a blast while burning 1000 calories in one hour. All levels.

Vinyasa Yoga -60 min
This style of Yoga is more of an relaxing style of Yoga. Vinyasa means “flow” and we add movement to breath.  Using music and aromatherapy we stretch, relax and re-center your body.
